Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers nice and spacious rooms that could use a serious cleaning. The service, while meeting our requests, seemed to require higher management approval for decisions. The location is convenient but needs maintenance work. The dining experience was hindered by understaffing and kitchen issues.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and easy, with a great walk-in shower perfect for families with young children. However, some issues detracted from the overall experience. The room was large, clean, and had a private balcony overlooking the pool.
The suite accommodated all six of us nicely and was very clean and comfortable, but it was very hot despite turning the heat off.
